Grab either a tarball off the sourceforge download page, or you can download the current version off cvs using the following commands.

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.icerequest.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/icerequest login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.icerequest.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/icerequest co icerequest

or grab a snapshot tarball of the cvs generated by sourceforge from the sf project page.
